Responsibilities

Assists, supports and meets the requirements of the company’s customers by supporting the activities of the sales managers
Prepares offers, contracts, and other documents related to the activity of the sales department

Handles and assists in resolving customer issues and complaints
Provides a weekly task plan and reports

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Economics or other relevant major)
Experience in iGaming Industry – minimum 1 year
Fluent in English

Communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail
Skills to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
