Responsibilities

Manage different projects and initiatives with stakeholders by defining scope, assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Develop and manage a detailed work breakdown structure and project schedule
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and lead assigned team members in an effective and efficient manner

Ensure that all projects/initiatives are delivered on-time, within scope and within expecting budget and quality
Manage, track and report on project progress in regards to: budget, deliverables, timeframes, quality and risks to all stakeholders
Organization and storage of primary documentation and reports for initiatives
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
Preferably 2 years of experience in Project Coordination or relative
Excellent communication skills
Can-do attitude, positive, proactive

Organized, able to prioritize and resolve complex issues
Strong command of English Language – verbal and written
Strong command in MS Office
Economic education is a plus
