Responsibilities

Installing, configuring and maintaining operating systems, software applications and servers
Maintaining the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and network devices
Monitoring of system resources, performance and security of systems.
Responding to and resolving technical issues and incidents
Create and maintain backups and restore data

Update of hardware and software components
Training and consulting users on IT-related issues
Participation in the planning and implementation of an IT project
Create and maintain documentation related to systems and procedures

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of operating systems and network technologies
Skills to work with different technologies and platforms
Ability to analyze and diagnose problems

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
Organization and attention to detail
Knowledge in the field of information security
