CRM Coordinator

This is why we are expanding our Platform Department team and now looking for fresh and enthusiastic people to come and join us in the exciting digital world of iGaming.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding CRM matters
Maintain ongoing communication with online casino game providers
Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and information requests
Address and resolve CRM-related issues raised by clients in collaboration with gaming providers
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and concerns

Share client feedback and insights with relevant teams for continuous improvement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions
Work closely with internal departments
Negotiate terms and conditions for collaborations that align with business objectives
Coordinate new game releases, updates, and promotions with providers

Requirements

Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
3+ proven experience in a similar role within the online gambling industry
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
