Technical Support with Spanish

This is the reason why we are expanding our Operation Department team and now we are looking for some fresh and enthusiastic people to come and join us in the exciting digital world of iGaming.

Responsibilities

Monitor numerous systems
Provide basic B2B and in-house technical support via email/ticketing platform for the Latin America market
Participate in functionality tests & new application introductions

Creating reports at the request of the line manager
Consult our clients about the specifications of the company’s products
Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support

8-hour shifts – day and night, flexible working schedule
Initial and regular trainings

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish
Very good command of English (B2-C1)
Decent PC literacy – MS Office, a basic understanding of website components and frontend/backend structure

Ability to work in an already-defined style
Ability to multitask, experience with Alarm and Monitoring services is a plus
