Legal Counsel

This is the reason why we are expanding our Operations Department team and now we are looking for some fresh and enthusiastic people to come and join us in the exciting digital world of iGaming.


  • Preparing and reviewing agreements with clients and service providers as well as other legal documentation related to the Company’s business activity
  • Identifying the need for amendments to existing agreements
  • Providing general legal advice in relation to gambling law, data protection, tax law, IT law, and Intellectual Property Law
  • Advising the Company on the legal aspects of new product developments and new product delivery channels in respect of the online gaming industry
  • Providing legal opinions, risk evaluations, and advice in all areas of the company’s day-to-day activities, particularly in relation to the legal framework of the online gaming industry
  • Monitoring the changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules, and regulations that directly affect the online gaming industry
  • Preparing and updating the documentation related to licensing procedures
  • Preparing and updating standard internal documentation necessary for labor, data protection, and related law compliance
  • Building and maintaining internal legal databases and related documentation
  • Collaborating with different internal teams to assure legal adherence to the Company’s projects
  • Collaborating with outside lawyers to defend Company’s rights in contract settlements, negotiations, and litigation

Skills and experience

  • Master’s Degree in Law
  • Fluency in English (legal and business)
  • Past iGaming experience highly preferred, a genuine interest in iGaming is essential
  • Ability to work concurrently on a variety of projects and effectively prioritize workload
  • Regulatory experience of any kind (such as license applications and maintenance) would be a significant advantage
  • Ability to find innovative solutions to business challenges and operational issues
