Responsibilities

Creating innovative casino slot games for entertainment purposes in collaboration with a team of 2D/3D Artists, Graphic Designers, and Animators
Conceptualizing and developing characters, rules, settings, and stories for new games
Pitching new game ideas to executives and development teams
Managing multiple projects
Prototyping new games

Researching for gamification concepts and game innovations
Defining gameplay mechanics
Following casino industry trends and good practices
Doing quality control
Presenting design briefs to creative teams
Follows the art guidelines, and technical limitations and prepares the art elements in the required format
Attention to detail and a passion for making quality products
Enthusiasm and knowledge of the industry

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a similar role
5+ years of experience in design for mobile applications or software
7+ years of experience in a graphic design
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD)
Superb attention to detail, pixel perfect, creative thinker, problem solver, and a passion for making quality products
High knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, image composition, typography, and web, and print
Base knowledge in Spine 4 2D animations or DragonBones animations
Base knowledge in HTML and CSS or JS

Base knowledge in 3D model or 3D animation
Experienced in Interaction Design and Prototyping UX/UI
Experienced in the casino industry and familiar with betting sites
Experience in the cinema or animation industry
A degree in Art or any other relevant qualification (or course)
Must know what Design System is
Knowledge of Web and Mobile design trends
Knowledge of Mobile Gaming or PC Gaming
Knowledge of Storyboarding
Knowledge of writing a script for animation
Digital painting techniques with Wacom
