Compliance Specialist

This is the reason why we are expanding our Platform Department and Audit and Regulations Team and now we are looking for some fresh and enthusiastic people to come and join us in the exciting digital world of iGaming.

Responsibilities

Research and analyze license and certification requirements for new markets and new products
Prepare GAP analysis and confirm product compliance for new markets
Reconcile regulatory requirements to products’ specifics and identify development needs
Review and document platform reporting needs and integrations with regulators
Review and document Responsible Gambling requirements and identify development needs
Test company products’ compliance

Test company products’ compliance
Work closely with different departments within the company
Participate in external communication with accreditation and regulatory bodies.
Take active part in product certification process.
Keep track of regulatory updates and analyze changes’ reflection on product compliance
Prepare and maintain compliance documentation per market
Ensure the completion and submission of certification packages
Ensure that team deadlines are met in accordance with company goals
Take part in internal audits and process optimizations.

Requirements

Previous experience in Gambling company is a must
Strong command of English Language – verbal and written
Analytical skills and understanding of the software development process
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Ability to take responsibility and work under minimum supervision

Operational knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
Previous experience in Audit and/ or Compliance is a plus
