Account Manager

This is the reason why we are expanding our Operations Department team and now we are looking for some fresh and enthusiastic people to come and join us in the exciting digital world of iGaming.


  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with the assigned clients/accounts
  • Act as main point of contact within your clients’ organizations
  • Constantly research and be aware of the content offered by your assigned accounts
  • Understand clients’ business needs and act as advisor
  • Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement
  • Be the main POC between EGT Digital’s different areas and the partner
  • Be responsible for monthly clients’ invoicing according to the signed contracts
  • etting and managing the budget process and forecasting for relevant accounts supporting the company financial planning and strategy objectives
  • Proactively identify, plan and execute customer growth enablers that will secure the company’s strategic long-term position
  • Develop, implement and maintain an account plan that defines key customer revenue driving activities, and activity objectives
  • Represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators


  • 3+ years of experience within the online B2B industry as an Account Manager or Salesperson
  • Experience in the online gaming industry is a must
  • Experience managing key accounts and a proven track record in growing an existing business portfolio and in achieving established revenue targets
  • Experience in remote account management and/or support
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • A problem solver proactive approach
  • Good levels of experience working to contractually agreed commercial terms
  • Experience drafting proposals and presenting to clients
  • Self-starter with a positive, get-done attitude and willingness to take on and contribute in any cross-functional areas the team needs at any given time
  • Must understand and buy into the core values, vision and mission of the company
  • Must have a drive for professional development and actively engage in team improvements
  • Excellent communication skills
